Opportunity Areas and Intensification Areas Policy 2.13 6 July
Here is the first of the audio files we had – of a session in July on Opportunity Areas and Intensification Areas. The panel note had proposed leaving the detailed case-by-case discussion of the individual Areas until the end but in fact took that discussion first. It took most of the available time so that some issues were left out – and an adjournment was arranged for 24 September to deal with outstanding matters, especially Regeneration Areas.
